Our 1 Bed/ 1 Bath unit sleeps up to 4 guests, a king size bed, and queen sleeper sofa. 32 inch flat screen in the bedroom and the living room has a TV with DVD player. Large sliding glass doors open to the over-sized balcony with table 4 chairs and lounger with beautiful views of Boca Ciega Bay! Many luxury amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, granite counter tops and Internet access (wireless). The resort itself offers an elevator and stairs for access to each floor, over-sized pool deck with heated pool and jacuzzi, exercise room and fishing dock! Also there are 2 bicycles, fishing poles and small tackle box for your use while staying with us. Within minutes from many Local & National restaurants, The Green Iguana Restaurant is located next door
