Mavis Manor sits on thirty-three acres of gorgeous rolling hills, and offers many outdoor activities. From a game of horse shoes with the kids, to a couple quiet hours fishing large mouth bass and eastern panfish in our pond. Challenge your friends to a round of disc golf at Fort Mavis, the private nine-hole disc golf course located on grounds. Or perhaps you might prefer an active hike up the mountain? If so, we offer over three miles of trails around the mountain, on which to gallivant and adventure. At the summit of your hike, you will be rewarded with a panoramic view of hills and mountains so grand that you may forget how long you’ve been admiring the view. At the end of the day, when you are feeling happily exhausted, kick back by the fire-pit for ghost story-telling and marshmallow-roasting with your friends and family. With so much to do on the grounds, you may never want to leave.

A deposit of one night's accommodation is required for 1 or 2-night stays. For longer stays or for parties booking more than one room, a 50% deposit of the entire stay is required.
Cancellation at least 14 days in advance of scheduled arrival is required for deposit refund. Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival or ' No shows' are subject to total reservation charge plus taxes. There are no refunds for early departure.
A 30-day cancellation is required for Holidays, Leaf Season and Ski Season. Cancellations and changes must be made by telephone or in person and are subject to a $35.00 processing fee. -
All guest rooms and remainder of interior are nonsmoking. Smoking is permitted outdoors. We cannot accommodate pets. We can accommodate children.
This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
Check-in is between 15:00 (3:00 pm) and 19:00 (7:00 pm) Please call us in advance to arrange for early or late arrival. Check-out is 11:00.

- Mavis Manor has four guest bedrooms. Whimsical Buchanan Suite, with a queen size bed, writing nook (located in the tower), and a private loo is perfect for quiet evenings for couples. The comfy Traveler’s Pad has a queen size bed, and a PC for those who need to stay wired 24/7. Family-friendly Walden’s Wilderness Suite is the largest and most unique of all the guest bedrooms at the Manor. The Wilderness Suite has two queen size beds, two single beds and a loo. One of the queen size beds in this room is located in the front tower. This tower bedroom, also referred to as the Tree House, is only accessible through the two-part Wilderness Suite, and is a perfect spot to be near the family while still having your own room. Breezy, sea-side themed SS Montauk, the most haunted of all the rooms at Mavis Manor, has two queen size beds, a writing desk and a wonderful view of the grounds. All Bedrooms Include Cable TV. *The Private Loo is a sink and toliet.
