50% of the total rental fees (Rental rate, Security deposit and Cleaning fee) are required at booking and the balance is required (10) days prior to arrival. Payment methods accepted are credit/debit card, PayPal, checks, cashier check and money order. All forms of checks and money orders only accepted if received within (30) days of arrival. Please, No Smoking is allowed.
There is a non refundable cleaning fee of $80.00 - Weekly rate is for 7 Nights. Check- in time 3PM on day of arrival and Check- out time is12pm on day of departure. Please contact us if other arrangements are requested.
