It's located in a well maintained building with beautiful grounds, a large pool and tennis courts. Two patios provide awesome views of the golf course and the marina area. This is a security building with full-time guard. Restaurants and shopping are just outside the grounds. Close to all amenities this condo is perfect as a seasonal rental or long-term stay with easy access to the airport and downtown. Monthly rent includes weekly maid service. No Pets.

It also has beautiful beaches, an 18-hole golf course, tennis facilities, spas, and a large water park. This is the perfect vacation accommodations in and around Marina Vallarta. It has easy access to the airport and is about a ten minute cab ride to downtown.
