Security Deposit: A security deposit is required with your reservation. A deposit of $750.00 must be received with your reservation. This security deposit is refundable with stipulations.
Stipulations: A cleaning fee of $125.00 will be deducted from your security deposit at the end of the term of your lease.
An inspection will take place the day of your departure. Terms of the lease will include an inventory of property and an inspection for damage beyond normal wear and tear of the property ( see terms).
A check for the refundable portion of the security deposit will be mailed to you within two weeks of departure (see terms and conditions of the lease). -
Rent Money: Your first months rent needs to be collected thirty (30) days prior to check in date.
All additional months will be collected on the first day of the additional leased months.
In the case of cancellation of a signed lease 50% of the rental fee of first month will be withheld.
A cleaning fee of $125.00 will be deducted from your Security deposited when you check out at the end of your lease term.
No cats or dogs allowed.

The condo has its' own washer and dryer located in a seperate laundry room.
Kitchen has a Kitchen Aid microwave and convection oven and range. You will find an RO water system at the kitchen sink and hooked into the ice maker.
The pool area is gated and newly renovated August of 2007. You will find a heated pool and whirlpool spa. There are barbecue grills for your convenience at the pool.
We furnished a Weber gas barbecue grill on the main patio at the condo.
Tennis courts are located off property.
You can walk to the golf course or just to the club house for breakfast or lunch at the patio restaurant.
In the evening you can dine at Bernard's the Club feature restaurant.
No smoking or pets are allowed.
