  Cancellation and Refund Policy
  All Reservations are refundable up to 60 days before arrival less a service fee of 20% of the total final invoice. An additional Payment of (25%) of the total reservation amount is forfeited if canceled less then 59 days to scheduled arrival. Please note 20% Service fee always applies to refunds and changes of final invoice. No refunds after occupancy has begun.
  
  Payment options: Visa and Mastercard, or booking ONLINE with paypal.
  
  30% Due on Booking or $250.00 minimum which ever amount is greater. Final balance is Due 45 Days Prior to your Arrival Date. All reservations to be paid in full if made less than 45 days before arrival. Lack of final payment on due dates creates automatic cancellation of reservation.
  
  Cleaning Fee Is $98.00 ( daily maid service is not included )
  
  Unit Sleeps 2 people maximum. No 3rd person.
  
  There is no dishwasher for guests use.

  NO SMOKING IN UNIT PERMITTED This is a non smoking Hotel in all common areas
  
  A Security Deposit $250.00 is Required and will be returned within 14 days after departure.
  
  There is a fresh water pool on the property for your enjoyment. Limited parking available on site, on a first come first serve basis @$17.00 a day. (Monthly rate: $360.00)There is also parking across the street from the hotel at the Honolulu Zoo for $1.00 per hour.Pay in advance at an automated kiosk. Parking is enforced 24hrs. Other parking is available a block and 1/2 away for $10.00 per night or $60.00 per week inquire for details.
  Last minute bookings are possible depending on bookings and schedule
  A Damage Security Deposit is required for all bookings. It is Fully Refundable provided there are no damages or improper use of any system in the unit or any missing items from my home,
