Our La Casa de Veta is another recent addition to the luxury and quality vacation rentals in which SGS Properties, LLC offers to our customers. Our Casa de Veta vacation home is what we in Encinitas call a very beachy and fun home, the way it used to be. This vacation rental is a single story 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2,000 sqft. beach gem which is only 2.5 blocks to the wonderful and famous Moonlight Beach, where the whole family can do something! Located on a quick 5-10 minute walk to the Olde town Encinitas, there are many wonderful restaurants and boutique shopping just around the corner.
This luxury home is a single story home which is on a double lot for which makes for a really large grass and patio areas to relax or to play in. This property has three comfortable bedrooms all furnished with queen beds, and multiple areas which to store clothing and other personal items. The Kitchen area is very comfortable and would make a chef feel at home. The Granite countertops along with the island in the kitchen will help in preparing and allow extra seating if necessary. Come and enjoy the simple beach life in the sleepiest area of San Diego county, right here in Leucadia! Come and enjoy the beach along with our outdoor Jacuzzi, and make your life slip away…
