A deposit made 60 days in advance requires a 50% payment at time of booking. Less than 60 days requires full payment. Cancellation more than 60 days prior to lease term may receive a 50% refund of the full payment. Should landlord be able to release vacancy an additional 25% will be returned. If unable to re-rent tenant will lose all of their deposit. If cancellation is within 30 days of lease date no refund will be available however, tenant will receive a voucher, to be used within 18 months of cancellation and reserved 60 days in advance. Tenant will be required to pay difference between new rate and rate they paid at time of this lease - The Rental Includes 4 hours of Daily Maid Service: house cleaning, and laundry. This is provided 6 days a week, except on Sundays, Holidays and The Holiday Weeks of Xmas, New Years and Easter (where services are reduced due to staff capacity)

The villa is the penthouse unit. Private entrances, private walled pool with ocean view give a uniqueness to Villa Papagayo simply not found in a condo unit. Spacious and airy patios and terraces, all overlooking Culebra Bay and the Four Seasons Resort, are the perfect place to relax and watch sunsets that will just take your breath away. Only 20 minutes from the Liberia Airport the Villa's location allows you to leave the U.S. or Canada in the morning and be sunbathing by early to mid afternoon. The Villa comes with all the amenities you will need to have the vacation of a lifetime.
Beachfront Golf : As with all Beachfront Properties Rentals, Renters of Villa Papagayo will have golf privileges at Papagayo Golf and Country Club at reduced rates. Daily space is limited to 4 rounds of golf and subject to availability. See your Beachfront representative for further information.
