The villa has its own private screened pool complete with a large sun deck for the 'sun worshipers' and a covered porch area with ceiling fans for those with more sensitive skin. An exterior table is provided enabling you to eat 'al-fresco'. Patio furniture consists of four chairs, six reclining chairs and six ottomans.
For the more energetic, all only a few minutes' walk away, the development has its own recreation area comprising of a large swimming pool and cabana, tennis courts and children's play area.
