Rates: (min. bookings*, max occupancy 10 guests)
Per night (single or double occupancy):
7 nights or more $715.00 per night,
Weekend rates $825.00 per night.
Plus $30 for each additional occupant per night and $250 out cleaning fee.
Taxes:
Rates are subject to two Hawaii taxes totaling 11.42%:
General Excise Tax of 4.166%; and
Transient Accommodations Tax of 7.25%. -
Reservations:
A $1,500.00 deposit is due within 7 days of the reservation, with the balance payable 60 days prior to arrival. Payments may be by check, money order, or credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX or Discover). For parties of more than 4 guests, a damage deposit of $1000 applies which will be reimbursed after check out by mail.
Cancellations:
Cancellation with 60 or more days notice will result in a refund of monies paid, minus a $85 cancellation fee. With less than 60 days notice, refunds will be based solely on the ability to re-book the reserved dates; again minus the cancellation fee.
*A three night minimum applies to bookings that include Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. A one-week minimum applies to bookings that include the additional holiday season rates above.

Fruit & Flora Plantings:: An extensive collection of exotic, tropical fruit trees and coffee were planted within the past 2 years. Large acres of coffee plants decorate the grounds including mature trees and newer plantings. Many flowering and ornamental trees, shrubs, and plants have been planted over the house grounds. Native Hawaiian trees including Ohia forest, rainbow bark trees, Norfolk pines, flowering trees and more encase this house in a setting to be remembered and provide the backdrop for an experience to be cherished.
