The focal point of this spacious home is it's over sized heated pool in a screened lanai overlooking the quiet canal with access to the gulf. 7 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River (by boat) and you're golden! This is our 3 bed, 2 bath, garage private home on a gulf access canal. We love the lanai and it's sliders that open up to the pool area. It is open to the living room, kitchen, and dining room. We are set apart, yet close to everything. Unbelievable! We have a wonderful spot here on this gulf access canal where fishing and boating are right at your back door! Keep your boat, wave runner, kayak here in the back yard. Explore the waterways and the wildlife/views it has to offer. Popular activities like these are all within a 15 mile radius.   • Security deposits of $500.00 are deposited in a non-interest bearing account at Bank of America and will be returned following inspection and deduction of applicable exit cleaning charges or damages. Monies will be refunded within 30 days of tenants departure.
  • Cancellation policy: Written request for cancellation or refunds must be post-marked no less than 60 days prior to check in, otherwise, your monies will be forfeited. If the time can be re-sold at no economic loss to the owner, the tenant will be charged a 20% handling fee and the balance will be returned.

  • Master bedroom has newly purchased rattan furniture. Tropically decorated with reeds, cranes and shells. Room offers views of the pool and of hibiscus on side of house. This large room has a good size walk in closet. Wonderfully private bath with large shower. Sit down vanity with large mirrors to enhance the view. Sleeps two on the king. Surfer bedroom hosts 2 twins and 2 closets the length of a wall. Lots of light comes into this room with views of the canal. Sleeps 2 on the 2 twins or put them together for a 'California king'. The bunk bed room offers wonderful views of the canal. Has brand new furnishings: white missionary style bunkbed with full on bottom, twin on top and twin trundle pullout below. In the living room we have a pullout couch and a pullout love seat. Sleeps 11 total comfortably.

Time Well Spent!: In the morning, enjoy your coffee in the lanai, with the sun coming up, the sounds of the birds and the view of the canal. What a great way to start the day! Enjoy the sun and fun during the day....remember no bugs due to the screening. Enjoy the end of the day....go through those shells you found at the beach and identify them with our shell literature!...remember what a super day you just had!
