Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Prices depend on the season, month, length of stay, and size of the group.
May-October:
$5,000-$7,000 per midweek (Sunday night through friday mid-day)
$6,000-$7,000 per weekend
$11,000-$13,000 per week
November-April:
$2,500-$4,000 per midweek (Sunday night through friday mid-day)
$5,000-$6,500 per weekend
$7,500-$9,000 per week
$1,000 Security Deposit
$2,000 deposit upon lease signing
Remainder due in full 1 month prior to rental
Cleaning $200-400
Blankets, pillows, and fresh linens provided for an additional charge of $100 (towels NOT included)
