Our Notch Condominium Resort: This is a perfect place for a family vacation retreat. Our Notch resort has 2 large shelter houses with barbecue grills available and a playground area for children. We have other owners at our resort who also rent their condos to families so it is a great place for family reunions and we will assist you to include other condos to stay in for reunions. We have a horse shoe court, 2 swimming pools, walking trails, biking and skateboard areas that are without worry of traffic. The Fall season includes the National Fall Crafts Festival at Silver Dollar City. We also have a fabulous Ozark Mountain Christmas. The nights come alive with dazzling Christmas lights streaming throughout the Branson and Silver Dollar City area. Recapture your CHILDLIKE JOY of Christmas as your eyes dance under a canopy of Christmas lights. Enjoy the aroma of cinnamon, holly, spices, hot cider as you wonder through streets of lights with holiday music for an old fashioned country Christmas.

Scenery & Wildlife: The old-timers used to say, ”It isn't that the mountains and hills are so high that you can see so far, it's 'cause the hollers are deep.” It is true, when you travel along the ridges of the Ozark hills most of the time you discover that you are looking down rather than looking up. The Missouri and Arkansas Departments of Conservation have worked together to make our area a natural habitat for white-tailed deer and wild turkey. So it isn't unusual to see large numbers of deer, turkey and other wildlife at our Notch Resort. Oh! By the way, the fish are biting in the privately stocked lake, on site, AND the moose are loose and the chickens are in the kitchen (decor only) HA! HA!

Lakes & Fishing: Notch Condominium Resort includes 150 wooded acres that surround the complex that you are welcome to explore when you stay with us. We have a beautiful 4-acre lake in the valley below the condos that is about a half-mile walk on a good trail. The lake and the walking trails afford natural views of the woods and as you look in any direction you see nothing but the natural beauty of the Ozarks. You are welcome to fish on the lake that is stocked with healthy fish. Table Rock Lake is only 2 miles away and affords some of the most fun fishing and water sports that you can enjoy and is one of the most scenic lakes in America. Taneycomo Lake runs through downtown Branson and is only about 10 miles away. Powersite Dam was completed in 1911 forming Taneycomo making it the oldest man-made lake west of the Mississippi River. Taneycomo is a very unique, beautiful cold-water lake that has some trophy rainbow trout for the taking.
