PET POLICY $50 non refundable deposit PRIOR APPROV: This is a PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY: the type, breed and number of dogs are approved by the owners prior to occupancy. Small Dog and Service Animals require a non-refundable Pet Fee of $25 per day per animal per animal. Failure to disclose pets in the property, whether the pet(s) are the responsibility of the renters or their guests, will result in a $150 penalty, assessment of costs for damage, if any, and immediate termination of the rental agreement. Any damage to the property caused by the pet(s) in excess of the Damage Deposit will be charged to the securing credit card. Damage or flea infestation caused by pets and 'failure to disclose' penalties ARE NOT covered by the Damage Deposit Waiver option.
Large ocean front patio: You have full access to the 110 x 60 foot ocean front patio that is shared by the four units in this complex. There are chaises and tables and chairs scattered all around for your enjoyment. This unique patio has been the site of many family reunions and beach weddings.
