Fully furnished townhouse in the heart of Waterville Valley. This 3 level, 3 BR townhouse is less than a mile from Mt. Tecumseh Ski Area and is within walking distance to Town Square with its shops, grocery store and restaurants. Along with downhill skiing and snowboarding, other winter activities include cross-country skiing, ice skating and hockey. Guests can also use the Athletic Club with Olympic size indoor pool and hot tubs, for a small fee. In spring, summer and fall the area is known for its hiking, mountain biking, golf, tennis, fishing, swimming and is close to all major White Mountains attractions. The 1st floor has a living room with a double-sided fireplace (wood included) which opens to the kitchen and dining room and to the den with a queen size sofa bed, cable tv with VCR/DVD, and a half bath. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds, a washer/dryer and a full bath. The 3rd floor has a Master BR, queen sized bed, TV, a full bath with jacuzzi and skylight.
