Intracoastal waterway is just outside the screened lanai. With a beatiful direct view of the intracoastal waterway, dolphins and manatee sightings are common. Directly across the street you have access to a world-class beach. Crescent Beach has been voted the second best beach in the state of Florida and number eight worldwide according to the Travel Channel several years in a row. Even on the hottest of summer days, you can walk barefoot on the white-quartz sand.
