This townhome is located in Port Isabel on the main channel off the Laguna Madre across from the historic Yacht Club. It is one of the only places that you can rent that will accommodate up to a 60' sailboat or yacht in deep water. The South Padre Island beach is only 3 miles away over the causeway and the South Padre Island Golf Course is only a few more miles in the opposite direction. Brownsville is only 30 minutes away and Harlingen is about 40 minutes away. Both offer excellent shopping, medical care, and airports. Besides the fishing, beach, water park, shopping in this area, there are about 75 restaurants in the surrounding tourist area. Perfect for a winter Texan.
