Deposit / Guarantee Policy:
· 50% Reservation Deposit is required to confirm dates.
· A Villa La Estancia Confirmation number will be provided after deposit is received.
· Full payment must be received at least 30 days prior to guests’ arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
· Deposits are Non – Refundable for cancellations after 60 days prior to guests’ arrival.
· Deposit could be used by same person for future reservations within a year after cancellation was made.
· $150.00 reservation processing fee per confirmation will be charged if cancelled after deposit is made.
