Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Tax=8% NC Sales & 5% County Occupancy / Cleaning fee is [not taxed] added to total charges.
- Cancellation Policy: Refund of entire deposit if cancellation notice is given at least 30 days in advance; one-half of deposit will be refunded if cancellation notice is given at least 2 weeks in advance. Refund of deposit will not be given for any cancellations occurring less than 2 weeks before reservation date. This is a non smoking cabin. If any party smokes in the cabin, you will forfit your deposit in full. Housekeeper, owner, and other renters have alergies. Smoking is permitted outside.
