Deer Valley Townhome Summary

This 4 bedroom, 4 bath is located between Main Street and the lower base of Deer Valley (Snowpark). Walk to Main Street for dinner (only a 10 minute walk) or take a short drive to Snowpark and ski Deer Valley (2 minute drive). There is a bus stop very close to take you to the middle of Main Street and the bus transit center or Deer Valley. 5 star interior with granite throughout, travertine floors and baths, all new stainless appliances, wine chiller and great furnishings/linens. Master bedroom has a queen bed, extra large shower with 2 shower heads and double vanity. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, third has 2 twin beds and the 4th bedroom has a full and a twin. There is also a full sized washer/dryer in the town home. The condo has a small yard with a nice slope for children to sled and a open, family friendly floor plan. There is a 1 car garage with plenty of storage for skis and even a boot warmer/dryer. Summer activities include mountain biking trails from our property!

  • Beautiful bedrooms with new paint as the town home was remodeled last summer. The linens are new and furniture is very comfortable...this unit is not cluttered...very open and livable. Plenty of closet space and nice storage space for skis and boots (boot warmers/dryer) in the garage.
