- When do we pay?
You will be required to pay a booking deposit of $250, which is due within 10 days of you confirming. The balance is then payable 30 days before your arrival. We then subtract that $250 deposit from your balance due. We accept personal checks, and Visa, Mastercard. Overseas guests must pay by credit card. If your date of arrival is less than 30 days out, you will be required to pay by credit card. - We offer the lowest rates so that your family can enjoy the attractions in the Orlando area. Come stay at our vacation condo for more spacious accommodations in a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere at beautiful Windsor Hills Resort. To avoid as many gaps in the monthly schedule as possible we would like to have Saturday to Saturday check in /out. This helps keep prices down, but we welcome all guests requests. Thank you for taking the time to look at our condo, we are confident that you and your family will enjoy your stay at our condo called “Sunshine Getaway.”
