Las Vegas Condo Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Rates start at $120 a night.
  • Please contact owner for rate information. APPROXIMATELY 30% DISCOUNT will be given off the resort listed price. Rates are variable, weekends start at $225 per night. Holidays and special events are subject to change. A 5% extra discount will be available for repeat stays. One night reservations will be slightly higher. Check in time is 3PM, check out time is 11AM. Visa and Master Card are accepted and all reservations are final. A $25 daily cleaning folio fee per the MGM will be charged. Place reservations early to insure extended stays.
