- No tax on stays of 31 days or longer. $500 damage deposit.
- You may bring your own linens (sheets and towels) or a linen service can provide them for a fee of $140 plus tax for the house. Bed sizes are: 3 Q, 1 Full, 4 twins. Cleaning service can make the beds for an additional $5 per bed ($40 for house with 8 beds made) or cleaners can leave the linens neatly folded ready for you to prepare your own beds. Please plan to bring your own beach towels.
- 2 night minimum stay required. Weekly rentals only (Friday to Friday) during the Summer. Max. occupancy is 12.
**This a family vacation home in a quiet neighborhood. We therefore do not rent to prom groups, students, or spring breakers under the age of 26. Under age rental attempts will result in the complete loss of the security deposit.**
Maximum house occupancy is 12. House is not suitable for large groups exceeding 12.
