The lower level is a beautifully finished walkout basement with comparable views, has it's own large deck with hot tub, and is where you will find another master bedroom suite with private bathroom, two additional bedrooms and full bathroom, family room, small kitchen/wet bar, and lower garage with ping pong table. Free long distance in the continental United States is also included. Just a half a mile down the road, you will find one of the nicest coves and beaches on Tablerock Lake--you can launch your jet skis or ski boat right off the beach, bring your lounge chairs and picnic baskets, and hang out there all day long if you like!
