Wells Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are $750/wk to $1,250/wk depending on season. There is a $200.00 refundable security deposit.
- June 26th to September 4th - $1,250/wk - May, June, September, & October - $750/wk
The last week of June - $950/wk
There is an additional 7% Maine Rental Tax and an additional $60.00
cleaning charge if you prefer not to do your own cleaning.
Wells/Ogunquit is beautiful in the fall - this is the best season in my opinion! - June 28th to August 23rd - $1,200/wk - May, June, September, & October - $700/wk
The last week of June and last week of August - $900/wk
