Please note that this is our home, we try to provide what will be needed for your vacation with extras like the Gamesroom, Playstation with approx 20 games, DVDs. Although we take care to make sure everything works this is a home, items do break down, we always try to get them fixed as soon as possible, if you have booked pool heat and the pool heater does not work we obviously will refund the pool heat charge .
