The Landmark at Stratton Luxury condos are by far the most requested location and building at Stratton Mountain. This is a brand new luxury building consisting of just 34 high end units located in the center of Stratton Village. The building offers many amenities such as: Private parking just steps from the slopes, ski concierge, ski on ski off, Private ski Lockers, gourmet restaurant & bar located in our lobby 'Verde', Owners Lounge with Pool Table, Foosball Table, TV and Wireless Internet, all for your use at no charge! My Condo is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 floor unit offering granite kitchen and baths, high end furnishings and linens, flat screen TV's, Bose radio, xbox for the kids. The unit can sleep 12 in beds and 14 including one pull out couch. We also have a 1 and 2 bedroom luxury condo at The Landmark.
We Also Own Numerous Other Luxury Homes And Condos At Stratton Mountain, Please do not hesitate to ask any questions. They are available all year long!

In the summer Stratton offers beautiful golf courses, Tennis courts, fly fishing, hiking and more. Nearby Manchester offers Top end Outlets and Shops such as Ralph Lauren, J Crew, Burberry, Coach and The New Lilly Pulitzer Signature Store!!!! Stratton is just 1 hour from Saratoga Springs NY and 1 hour from Lake George NY. Stratton truly offers something for everyone!

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates range from 800 to 1600 a night for Holidays and weekends & $500 to $800 for mid week rentals

Rates for the winter Holidays range from $1250 to $1600 a night.
Rates for the winter Weekends range from $800 to $1400 a night.
Rates for the winter mid week (non holiday) range from $500 to $1000 a night.
I also own a 1 bedroom condo and a 2 bedroom condo in the Landmark that are available for rent!
I also own numerous properties such as luxury homes and other luxury condos at Stratton Mountain that are available for rent....Please do not hesitate to inquire about availability! - All rates are negotiable but the demand for this location and for this building is extremely high, we rent well in advance and do tend to get prime rates for most of the entire winter. But it never hurts to ask. I own numerous condos and luxury homes at Stratton Mountain and would be happy to help you and your party to find what you are looking for.
