Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates range from $900 to $1800 for Weekends and Holidays and $450 to $900 for non holiday mid week
- We accept all major credit cards.

Rates for the winter Holidays range from $1350 to $1800 a night.

Rates for the winter mid week (non holiday) range from $450 to $900 a night. - All rates are negotiable but the demand for this location and for this building is extremely high, we rent well in advance and do tend to get prime rates for most of the entire winter. But it never hurts to ask! Our unit is probably the nicest high end unit in the building! Everything was done top notch and our customers come back again and again! The unit was just redone top to bottom! We have numerous high end condos and luxury homes at Stratton. Email me!!!!!

- The condo sleeps 12 to 14. It offers one king bed on the main floor along with one bathroom, 2 large bedrooms upstairs with cathedral ceilings, one with 1 queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed bed, and one with 1 queen and 1 twin over full bunk bed. There is a jack and jill high end bathroom for the upstairs rooms. There is a pull out couch in the den and a small futon in one of the bedrooms. There is also a pack and play for babies This is probably the nicest unit in the building!
