Tolland Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $650-$750 per week $125 - $150/night weekends 2 night minimum. 3 night min on holiday weekends
- I accept cash, money order or bank checks. Security deposit of $300 returned within 30 days less phone charges. Visitors agree to leave the cottage in the condition that it was rented to them.
- Any stay past 11AM on checkout day will be considered an extra day .
