Beautiful beachfront house situated on white sandy beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, with extraordinary sunset views. 9.5 km away from Chicxulub, in the Yucatan Peninsula. Only 30 min north of the capital city of Merida. This 5 bedroom, 6 bath makes this a perfect vacation home for a larger group or family, sleeping 8 adults 4 children very comfortably. It is also ideal for couples looking for privacy. The beach provides a unique, romantic setting for special events or just for relaxing. There is a large terrace for a perfect entertaining, or just admiring the view. There is a beachfront swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped. One bedroom have a King-size bed, One bedroom two Queen size beds, One bedroom with a Queen size bed, One bedroom with two Single beds and One with one Single bed. In addition, all rooms have Air Conditioner and hammock hooks, ideal for an afternoon siesta. Internet, Boat rental and BBQ grill rental available upon request!

In Progreso there is the longest pier in the world, 8 km long, and a nice beach boulevard, el Malecon, full of restaurants offering great seafood and typical cuisine. Flamingo watching is also close to the area. In all the places in the Yucatan you will find friendliest people and the most peaceful atmosphere in Chixclub. Cancun is a four hour drive eastward. Archaeological sites like the Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza and Uxmal are at 2 hours driving. Dzibilchaltun and X-Cambo are 30 minutes away by car. There you can find great old Mayan structures, castles, cenotes, and classic colonial time towns with the big old church, the Mercado and the plaza. Merida offers all services according to a big city: many restaurants, movie theaters, shopping places, night clubs, supermarkets, etc. There you will find everything you need, that is, if you wish to leave the quiet and peaceful environment of Chicxulub.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • September to June 4 Bedroom Rate:
    $1290/week.
    $2305/ 2 weeks.
    $3285/ 3 weeks.
    $3285/ month Restrictions Apply.
    $4014/month - at least 2 months.
    $4183/month for 1 month only.
    $2530/week Holy Week & Easter Vacation each week.
    $2530/week Christmas Vac. Dec 15 - Jan 15.
    Add $255.00 USD per week for 1additional room.
    During July - August we only rent this property for a month.
    Reservation Deposit not refundable.
    Balance due in cash only.

    Any reservation for the high season period Dec - Jun, can be transferable to an upgrade expensive available house. If this terms and conditions are not satisfactory to the client: We will refund the reservation deposit and totally cancel the future reservation agreement. The high season policy can only be applied 1 or more weeks prior to the rental.
  • We accept credit card for reservation deposit only.

    Weddings are not allowed! unless a previous letter is send describing the amount of guest invited, all details describe. (Property Owners Approval is Needed) Rental rate will be adjust to 300% the normal weekly rental rate!
