• A $200 damage deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• 50% of rental amount is due 60 days prior to reservations date, or immediately, if less than 60 days to reservation date.
• Remaining 50% balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival.
• Higher rates may apply for stays less than 4 nights, holidays and special events.
• All rates subject to change without notice, prior to confirmed reservation. - • There will be a 25% fee for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date, a 50% fee for cancellations within 21 days, a 75% fee for cancellations within 14 days and a 100% fee for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date. Any cancellation will result in the loss of your reservation deposit. These fees/deposit will convert to credits toward future rentals if we are able to fill the vacancy.

Attractions:: Winter guests head out the front door to catch the free Gem Lift for a quick ride to the Super Bee Quad Chair and a connection to the spectacular bowls and trails of Copper Mountain. At days end you can ski right to the back door and you’re home. Summer guests can enjoy fantastic hiking, mountain biking, golf, fishing and horseback riding - not to mention summer concerts, outdoor movies and many other special events in the village. If you’ve never been to Summit County before, Copper Mountain is just off I-70 and is a wonderful location for a family vacation, as well as acting as a great home base for enjoying the neighboring communities of Silverthorne (Outlet Mall), Dillon (Lake), Frisco, Breckenridge, Vail, Leadville and Aspen (82 miles).
