Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Renters are responsible for an additonal $75 cleaning fee. There is also a $50 pet fee
- We accept PAY PAL, money order, travelers checks, and personal checks
Deposit and Reservations:
-$500 deposit plus 50% of total rental fee secures reservation.
-Balance of rental fee due no less than 30 days prior to reservation.
-The $500 deposit will be refunded within 5 days after your stay if no damage has been incurred.
Refund Policy:
-Cancellation more than 45 days prior to reservation 100%.
-Cancellation 45-30 days prior to reservation 50%.
-No refund with less than 30 days of notice. - We now take Pay Pal payments!
