There is beautifully designed Italian tile on the floor and the walls. Gorgeous granite vanities and Italian tile fill the other two full bathrooms, as well. The kitchen has all granite counter tops and is equipped with top of the line appliances and accessories including stainless steel kitchen appliances: range, oven, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, and all the accessories including blender, toaster, mixer, juicer. You also have full dinner service for eight guests. A clothes washer and dryer is also included in the unit, for your convenience. There are large closets in each bedroom, with a large Walk-In closet in the main Master Bedroom. There is a high quality Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room that is very comfortable, as well.
