Perfect for family. Beautifully landscaped with large deck and gardens, irrigation system. Makes a beautiful summer or autumn retreat. 15 minute bike ride to bay beaches (5 min drive). Only 15 min. to ocean beaches. No shares.

The Springs area of East Hampton, NY, noted for its proximity to both bays and ocean, and its beautiful light (which drew such artists as Jackson Pollack and Willem deKooning), access to woods and meadows, as well as fashionable East Hampton Village. East Hampton is famous for its shops, restaurants, galleries, and celebrity sightings, as well as for its world famous ocean beaches. In addition it offers variety of festivals, including the famous Hampton's International film Festival (October), the Fisherman's Fair (August), and the annual Hampton Class Horse Show in nearby Bridgehampton (also in August). A wealth of activities from swimming to golf make it a wonderful, relaxing vacation spot especially for families.
