Villa Palmira, offers a unique experience on the Caribbean Sea with delightful swimming, beach combing, and walking on a nearly private, natural beach more than two miles long. The beach stretches from a fishing village peer and ends in a cove adjacent to a nature preservation park. You will be just steps from the sandy beach. As you enjoy your morning coffee, with a breathtaking view of the sparkling Caribbean Sea to Monkey and Vieques Islands and beyond to the horizon. The home is fully air conditioned it can comfortably accommodate up to eight people in a modern, cheerful, and relaxed tropical setting. This beautifully decorated villa is large and has an open layout to maximize on the view. You even get a view of the ocean from the master bedroom!

This property is located in a private, gated community. On one side of the Villa Palmira beach, a nature center provides hiking trails and kayaking. On the other side a public beach and Water Park managed by the Government limits access to the beach. Near-by Punta Santiago village is a quaint beach town with nightlife and a number of well-regarded native seafood restaurants. Swimming is safe and the ocean floor sandy. Children will find the water edge shallow and inviting. Adults can swim out a few hundred feet for deeper waters and still find a sandy bottom.
