Enjoy a beautifully decorated fairway home in a very peaceful setting in Baja Country Club, with 24/7 gated and guarded security. A large 750 square foot patio fronts the golf course. The home has a great view of the golf course, a lake, and the surrounding mountains. The patio has an outdoor dining table with six chairs, shade umbrella, fire pit and gas barbecue. Two Master Bedrooms, one faces the fairway and one the mountainside. The fairway bedroom has one queen bed, and the mountainside has two queens. Each Master Bedroom has its own bath, with double sinks, and large walk in closet. The house is single level with over 1700 square feet and a two car garage. The golf course is over three hundred acres with twelve acres of lakes. It is an ecological preserve with many species of birds. The gated community is cooled by a gentle sea breeze from nearby Estero Beach Bay. The clubhouse has a pro shop, bar, and restaurant facilities. Located only ten miles South of Ensenada.

Baja Country Club has an 18 hole golf course with over 300 acres and 12 acres of beautiful lakes. It is located just 20 minutes South of the port city of Ensenada which is frequently visited by cruise ships. Ensenada has many attractions, both cultural and educational, along with wonderful sport fishing opportunities and excellent restaurants. We are located just 10 minutes from the Estero Beach Resort, and 25 minutes from the famous La Buforda (blow hole). The beautiful Guadalupe Valley is only a 30 minute drive with its thriving wine industry and many opportunities for wine tasting. The year around climate at Baja Country Club is salubrious and very similar to that of near by San Diego. It is a great place for peace and relaxation.

Shopping: Ten minutes from the house is a large shopping area which includes a cinema, mall, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Costco, Applebees Bar and Grill, McDonalds, and a number of fine Mexican restaurants.

Golf: 18 hole par 72 championship golf course surrounded by mountains on three sides and open to cooling ocean breezes from the West. Baja Country Club features an Island green, a double green, a desert hole, as well as 12 acres of lakes. Green fees are eighteen holes for $46.75 (cart included), Seniors $41.25 , and nine holes for $35.75. A monthly membership can be purchased for $250 which includes 18 holes with cart every day
