* Upper suite: 3 bed/2 bath .. $280-$370/night, 5-night minimum.
* Lower (Ohana) suite: 2 bed/2 bath .. $120-$155/night, 5-night minimum.
* Hawaii State taxes totaling 11.25% are added to each reservation
* $1000.00 deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is less than 45 days
* Total payment must be received 60 days prior to arrival.
* Ask about special group, seasonal, and relocation specials. -
Reservation Information:
Ask about special group and longer term discount policies. A security deposit of $1000. is due at booking and is not refundable if booking is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival unless owner is able to secure another tenant at same rate and terms. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival. The new rental contract has full particulars on reservation and cancellation policies.

Keauhou Bay is surrounded by the Keauhou Country Club golf course and adventure cruises to Kealakakua Bay National Marine Sanctuary. Our home is just four miles from downtown Kailua-Kona. Before you decide to make a reservation, please know our home is located in a residential neighborhood, maintained with pride, and guests must respect neighbors rights to the 'quiet enjoyment' of their properties.
