Puerto Penasco Condo Summary

When considering the purchase of our dream vacation home in Rocky Point, we wanted to ensure a safe environment for our young children, easy access to the resort amenities/beach, and amazing views of the Sea of Cortez. We were fortunate to choose Diamante 107, Bella Paloma. The closest 2 bedroom to the beach at Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort, all rooms have expanding views of the ocean and direct access to the large walk-out patio, just steps from the beach and pool. There is secure underground parking directly beneath each building. No expense was spared when furnishing our Mexican beach getaway. Bella Paloma is furnsihed with 100% black-out window treatments, supreme quilt-top mattresses, leather sleeper sofa, Wall-mounted 26' LCD TVs in both bedrooms, 50' DLP in Living Room, DVDs, Stereo, washer/dryer and fully-equipped kitchen. Our water is 100% safe to drink with a 5-step purification process throughout the entire resort.

Diamante 107, referred to as Bella Paloma, is ideally located in Phase I of Las Palomas, closest 2 bedroom to the beach. With a Huge 2500 sq ft ground floor walk-out patio just steps away from the beach/pool area, you will never have to spend your precious vacation time waiting on elevators. With Las Palomas hosting the Triatholon and the 25th Annual Border Governor's Conference '07, along with the various other activities held in Penasco, this beach & golf resort is considered the Premier Destination in Rocky Point. Beach, surf, and championship golf, Las Palomas has it all! This condo is owner-managed and not associated with the rental pool. Las palomas resort services are available at an additional fee, please inquire with Julie if you would like to obtain the resort services during your stay.

  • $100 non-refundable Deposit Required at Time of Booking ($200 for weekly stays), Balance Due 2 Weeks Prior to Your Vacation. Cancellation Policy: for Holidays: a Two (2) night charge will be applied for cancellations made up to seven (7) days in advance. Regular Season: a one (1) night charge will be applied for cancellations made up to seven days in advance. For all cancellations made six (6) days or less prior to arrival will forfeit all monies paid.
  • There is a $500 damage deposit which can be secured simply with a credit card. Upon check-out your card will only be charged if there are damages/missing items.
