Three ample bedrooms on the second floor with all new queen beds, full/full bunkbed, queen futon, queen sofa beds and three full bathrooms, one bathroom on first floor, two bathroom on the second floor.
Spacious great room/living room has all new queen leather sofa beds (three), leather love seat, leather chair with ottoman and river rock stone gas fireplace with views of Mt. Tallac and Heavenly. Kitchen has all the amenties with breakfast nook and 4 stools as well as an 8 seat round kitchen table. Two car garage plus plowed driveway and walkway for easy access. The home is located at 1967 Venice Drive, South Lake Tahoe.

Eight seat round Kitchen table is great for Texas Hold'em. Just bring your gear and you're ready for your next ski trip or summer vacation. Relax off peak in the spring and fall without the crowds. Boat dock is right out back with room for three boats. Fishing, swimming right into the water Or walk a few blocks down to the beach!
