Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates start at $900 per night
- If more than 16 people will be staying overnight, please add an extra $50/person/night. There is a charge of $1000 for weddings and events—and we furnish tables, chairs, linens, and wine glasses for up to 40 people.
A security deposit of $500 - $1000 plus a down payment of half the rental amount is required to reserve your dates. The deposit will be returned within 15 days of your check-out, provided there is no property damage.
