The third level has an air-conditioned bedroom with a double-bed with memory foam mattress pads and an en-suite bathroom, plus a large terrace with a fully-equipped BBQ, granite counter tops and sink, as well as teak chairs – perfect for sunbathing – that look down on the palm trees and Jacarandas of Palermo Viejo Square.
