Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $50.00 cleaning fee for groups larger than 6 persons.
- Yearly scheduled rates January2nd through December 20th are $140 per night. $750 per week. 2 night minimum stay plus 12% taxes. One week constitutes a week $200 security deposit required for all bookings.
