- From $699 to $1,799 per Week
- Rental rates vary by Season and run from $699 to $1,899 per week. Please send the owner an inquiry to obtain the rental rates for your vacation dates. We primarily rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday but we will consider other durations especially during the off season.
• Add $100 cleaning/setup fee
• State and County taxes are 11%
• There is a $15 fee for Checks drawn from banks outside the United State
• We can accept Credit Cards with an additional 3% convenience fee in the United States and 4% outside
• There is a $300 Refundable Security Deposit.
• Rates are subject to change until confirmed by the owner. - “MAY SPECIAL” - Most May weeks from Saturday to Saturday between April 28th and May 26th are $999 including the cleaning fee!!!
“FALL SPECIAL” – Most Fall weeks from Saturday to Saturday between August 25th and December 22nd are $799 including the cleaning fee!!!
SPECIAL Rates do not apply to Holiday and Special Event Dates.
