The house is approximately 3,000 square feet, central music system for the whole house and lanai. There are numerous lanais, and located in a tropical setting. There is no where else on the island you can walk to either the beach or town and never have to drive. The white sandy beach and quiet lagoon are perfect for kids. The house has everything for a perfect retreat.
