- A 25% deposit is taken via bankers draft, VISA or MC upon reservation. The balance is required 60 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be given in the event of cancellation. Travel insurance is recommended.
- With the size of this property, we find that daily housekeeping may not be necessary and many of our guests prefer to have privacy. Therefore, rates given include mid-week housekeeping where a change of sheets will be provided during a 5 or 7 night stay. More often for longer stays. If you wish to have daily housekeeping, this is of course negotiable. Ample towels and beach towels will be provided for your stay. Laundry facilities are on site and our maid will be happy to do this for you at extra charge of $5 per load.

Manzanillo Villa Details
Shopping and Conveniences: Everything you require is within a short distance of the villa and La Punta community. There are several large supermarkets, excellent restaurants, convenience stores, banks and ATM machines, new movie theatre, modern pharmacies, car rental companies, medical services etc in Plaza Manzanillo which is just a 10 minute drive away. There is also an excellent bus service from this area to the shopping and local areas. As a note, grocery shopping in Mexico is not only reasonably priced but you will find that the supermarkets have just about anything you would expect to find at home.
Guest Information: There is a book in the property with detailed and concise information which we hope will answer just about any question you may have. It lists dining options, directions, contains maps, as well as travel tips. In addition, local important telephone numbers are included. e.g. taxi, medical services etc)
Fishing Charters: Another great option for your vacation is to try out the deep sea fishing here - the Sailfish capital of the world, Manzanillo has world class fishing at reasonable prices. Marlin, Dorado, Tuna and Sailfish are but a few of the species you may catch out there. We have access to a local charter company that offer group charter rates for the best possible fishing experience you could want! We can book this all in advance for you, so just ask.
Golf: Manzanillo and the surrounding areas have 4 great courses for your golfing pleasure! Two are within a half hour car ride and the other two a little further out, north of the airport, but well worth the drive if you are looking for a golf escape. The four courses are as follows: La Mantorraya or Las Hades Golf Resort and the Club Santiago Golf Course are both within about 30 minutes drive. Isla Navidad Grand Bay Hotel and Golf Course are about an hours drive as is the Tamarindo Golf Resort.
