It is located in the modern tourist resort of Ixtapa on El Palmar Beach, it is only about 15 miles from the Airport and about three miles from the laid back community of Zihuatanejo. Year round high temperatures of over 80 degrees with no Atlantic Ocean or Gulf of Mexico type hurricanes. Infinity pools, hot tubs, and a full service pool bar and restaurant. There is something for everyone; game room, spa, exercise room, and golf at the near Palmar Real Golf Course located across the street. This luxurious condominium is in the third floor, it has a beautifully view at the beach and pools from the balcony. This fully-equipped condominium has one bedroom, and two convertible sofas, also have a high definition TV 34' and a HDMI home theater with an excellent sound, it has washer and dryer too.

We have a beautiful boat 28¨ a the Marina: You can go fishing or sailing, go to the Island of Ixtapa or to Las Gatas beach, In the Island the cook the fishing and it is really delicious! you see dolphins, turtles, sailfish, tuna, dorado, etc, etc.... Have an exiting adventure!,We have a great Captain and a good sailor.
