  • The rental rates above do not include taxes, refundable security deposit, or other applicable fees. Per state law, the 12.75% tax rate is waived on stays of 90 days or more. Kevin Reed (condo owner) will provide each prospective renter with a detailed price quote upon request. Rates and availability are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

    The maximum occupancy is 6 people. Monthly rentals are only considered September through May. No smoking is allowed inside the condo.

    Pets are considered.

    Normally June 8th - August 24th rents Saturday to Saturday, but exceptions will be considered for any days that are still available within 30 days of your requested check-in date.

  • Each bathroom is supplied with toilet paper, a hair-dryer, soap, and hand towels, bath towels, washcloths, and bath mats.

  • The mattresses are comfortable and supportive, unlike many hotels and rental properties. We want our guests to feel well-rested and relaxed during their stay, and feel as if this is this condo is their second home! The 3 bedrooms sleep a maximum of 6 people. But, there is also a large sectional sofa with a chaise lounger in the living room, which could possibly sleep an additional one adult or child. Frankly, sleeping on this sofa would probably be just as comfortable as a pull-out sofa bed would be. The 2 Twin beds in one of the bedrooms are an extra-long length of 80 inches, the same length as a Queen, so it is large enough for adults to sleep on. Each bedroom has a large dresser and a large closet. A foldable, portable baby crib is stored under the king bed that can be placed in any room, and it is not included in the 6 person sleep count.

An ironing board, a steam iron, and extra blankets are provided. An office area is provided including a desktop computer w/ free high-speed Internet, Wi-Fi, a color multifunction printer/fax machine, and a cordless phone. A full HDTV cable package w/ movie and digital music channels is provided on all 3 flat-screen TVs. Two community outdoor charcoal grills are available. For additional fees, you can play golf year round at any of the 3 courses at Sandpiper Bay Golf Course & Country Club (where this condo is located). Or, there are nearly 100 other golf courses within 45 minutes of the condo, a few are only five minutes away. We will provide you with a booklet of some local restaurants, attractions, and entertainment.
