- All of the mattresses very comfortable, and supportive, unlike many hotels and rental properties. We want our guests to feel well-rested and relaxed during their stay, and feel as if this is this condo is their second home! The 3 bedrooms sleep a maximum of 6 people. But, there is also a large sectional sofa with a chaise lounger in the living room, which could possibly sleep an additional one adult or child. Frankly, this couch would probably be just as comfortable as a pull-out sofa bed would be. The 2 Twin beds in one of the bedrooms are an extra-long length of 80 inches, the same length as a Queen, so it is large enough for adults to sleep on. Each bedroom has a large dresser and a large closet. A foldable, portable baby crib is stored under the king bed that can be placed in any room, and it is not included in the 6 person sleep count.
