This luxury townhome in South Island Villas was brand new in 2007 and is renting for the first time in 2008! The location is ideal at the corner of 7th Street and St Louis Avenue just 3 short blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The townhome features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10. There's one king, one queen and two twin-over-full bunk beds in the townhome. Amenities include AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher, stainless appliances and Corian countertops in the kitchen, hardwood and ceramic tile floors, TV & DVD in 3 bedrooms plus a big screen with DVD & stereo in the living room. Relax on one of the 3 decks overlooking 7th Street and take in some people-watching in the heart of Ocean City. There is a two-car garage so you will not need to search for on-street parking. You're close to beach, food and fun! Perhaps the best feature is the pool directly behind us, which is great for cooling off and relaxing in the sunshine, and provides a place to hose off after a day at the beach.
