Please keep in mind from May through Oct. our home includes 4 kayaks, pontoon with 25 hp motor and gas, a pedal boat,swim dock,boat dock, volleyball, horseshoes, boccie ball, tether ball, professional fire pit, oak wood, fireplace, 100ft. of sandy beach and great fishing. Home is complete with spices and bedding, new dishes, wine glasses, laundry area and much more.. See photos Please mail your holding fee of $450.00 for a week or $200 for a weekend to Martha Riggs at 3867 Rain Tree Dr. Hudsonville, Mich. 49426. The balance due can be cash, cashiers check or money order to Martha Riggs. This is also a wooded lot with a private drive and 1000's of acres of woods and lakes around it.Can be rented for less without boats. 4 person sail boat is $200.00 additional.
- Keep in mind that the home is complete with linens, spices, iron, hair dryer, dishes, wine glasses, and every thing else you can think of. All you need is your bait, first mate, some clothes and your food. We offer a fry daddy, oil, all the fire wood you can burn and best of all a like new home that we also love to stay in. There is seating for 8 inside and out side. Fire pit chairs, beach chairs, fish cleaning station, 100 ft of sandy beach, swim area & swim dock, and excellent drinking water for the new well. - This is all on the main floor and well appointed. The 1/2 bath is near where you enter the home from the side and the back beach area which makes it convenient for kids as well as adults. This is also where a closet and laundry area are located. The first full bath is on the left coming in the side entry off a hallway dividing two large bedrooms and it has a shower/tub and vanity, is large and well appointed. The 3rd bath is in the master suite on the other end of the home and is awesome, and large, with a jetted tub, glass shower, large double vanity and room for dressing. The Master suite also has a large 18ft walk-in closet and bedroom with sliders to it's own private deck over looking the lake and fire pit. It just doesn't get any better than this. Note this new beautiful home faces westerly so you get great sun on the deck and the beach and spectacular sunsets.

- All 3 bedrooms are on the main floor. Two are split by a main full bath. On the other end of the home is a large Master suite with huge walk in closet and huge walk in bath with shower and Jet tub. The master also has a set of sliders to it's own private deck over looking the lake and fire pit. When the fire pit is not burning on a clear night you can see billions of stars and the milky way can be seen on every clear night. In the Bedroom where you have a double bunk on the bottom and and single on top, you also have another large double mattress for children that can be pulled out from underneath the bunk if desired. In the Great Room you have two new sleeper sofas. The home will sleep 12 but 8 is our limit. All of the beds are new and all of the pillows and linens are supplied. All in all this new home is well appointed, well decorated and is as nice and luxurious as it is comfortable and just a beautiful quiet get-a-way. With a large wooded lot the kids can also pitch a tent.

Fishing and Hunting: Lake county has 156 lakes. and a few great rivers to trout fish from. Our lake has a large variety of fish and they taste wonderful. The lake is clean and wonderful for swimming and kids. The Pier Marquette river is only 10 min. away and offers some of the best fishing in all of Michigan. We have catch and release areas, fly fishing areas and open areas as well on the same river. The Pine river is a favorite body of water to many trout fisherman as well. If you like Perch, we had 2 guest this past year that caught some that were 14 inches. Now that's a perch. I'm still trying to get one and I own the place? What's up with that? I guess they know more about fishing than I do unless they used a fish finder. They did bring their own boats and they did have a fish finder. This lake is connected to 2 others known as the chain of lakes and fishing is excellent for bass, blue gill, perch, walleye, Lake trout, and Pike, sun fish, red eye and muskie and crappie. Great deer hunting 1000's
Ski Resorts: Ski resorts can be located North and Northwest of us from 45 min. to 2 hours depending on where you want to ski. see below.
Guest Book: We have two very nice guest books filled with wonderful comments from many of our guests. Some of these will be displayed here very soon. We have to bring them home from the lake. We personally greet each new guest upon their arrival. We have made our home as nice as we can for our guests and continue to do so on a regular basis. We request all of our guests to leave the home exactly as nice as it was when you came in. We truly feel that we offer the best deal anywhere in Michigan when you look at everything we are supplying or furnishing.
Ski: There are many ski lodges in all direction fro m Baldwin and not too far away. When you return to the lake front home you always have ice fishing to give you a fresh fish dinner or just sit by the fire place with a nice glass of wine for a nice quiet evening. You can also cross country ski right out the door and across the lake if you wish or at the golf course. Snow shoeing is also a great winter sport and we have the snow shoes there.
Golf: The Marquette Trails Golf Course is just 10 min. away and is one of the best golf courses around and the Big Star Lake Inn Restaurant is right on 76th just across the street from the golf course. However the golf course have a nice restaurant for breakfast and lunch. There are also many other good restaurants in Baldwin and north of Baldwin all the way to Luddington and Grand Traverse Bay.
