From May through Oct. 15th our homes includes 4 kayaks, pontoon with 25 hp motor and gas, pedal boat, swim dock, boat dock, volleyball, horseshoes, theterball, professional fire pit, oak wood, fireplace, 100ft. of sandy beach and great fishing. Home is complete with spices and bedding, new dishes, wine glasses, laundry area and much more.. See photos. We have all private drives with no traffice. - We offer a fry daddy, oil, oak fire wood and best of all a like new home that we also love to stay in. There is seating for 8 inside and out side. Fire pit chairs, beach chairs, fish cleaning station, 100 ft of sandy beach, swim area & swim dock, and excellent drinking water from the new well. Winter specials start at $275 and you can snowmobile right from the home to the trails. All weekly returning guests recieve a $200 discount. All deposits are considered prepaid rent in the contract but we have been fortunate to refund 100% in most cases. Home, grounds & boast must be left as taken, we do chrge for repairs and aditional cleaning if necessary. Note: many of out guest are repeat for a reason. Some for as many as 6 years. We take pride in what we do and how we do it and keep the home lovely.

- This is all on the main floor and well appointed. The 1/2 bath is near where you enter the home from the side and the back beach area which makes it convenient for kids as well as adults. This is also where a closet and laundry area are located. The first full bath is on the left coming in the side entry off a hallway dividing two large bedrooms and it has a shower/tub and vanity, is large and well appointed. The 3rd bath is in the master suite on the other end of the home and is awesome, and large, with a jetted tub, glass shower, double vanity and room for dressing. The Master suite also has a large 18ft walk-in closet and bedroom with sliders to it's own private deck over looking the lake and fire pit. It just doesn't get any better than this. Note this new beautiful home faces westerly so you get great sun on the deck and the beach and spectacular sunsets.Note: Pay bal, 4 months in advance and save $200 a wk.

- All 3 bedrooms are on the main floor. On the other end of the home is a large Master suite with huge walk in closet and huge walk in bath with shower and Jet tub. The master also has a set of sliders to it's own private deck over looking the lake and fire pit. On a clear night you can see billions of stars and the milky way can be seen on every clear night. In the Bedroom where you have a double bunk on the bottom and and single on top, you also have another large double mattress for children that can be pulled out from underneath the bunk if desired. In the Great Room you have two new sleeper sofas. The home will sleep 10. All of the beds are new and all of the pillows and linens are supplied. All in all this new home is well appointed, well decorated and is as nice and luxurious as it is comfortable. This is just a beautiful quiet get-a-way with large wooded Lake front Lot. Wheelchairs will work well in the home as it is large and has 36 inch doors, however there is not a ramp to enter so they would need help. Easy access to the decks through 4 sets of sliders and the front door is easily accessible for almost anyone of any age. The beach would not be wheelchair accessible.
Check in time is 5 PM check out is 11 AM (Sail boat may be available in the Summer of 2012) maybe.
Both homes come with a Pontoon, 4 kayaks, a canoe, a paddle board and a pedal boat, swim dock, boat dock, and 100 ft. of sandy beach at each property. Both homes have volleyball, horse shoes, tether ball, fire pit, gas grill, charcoal grill, and we supply the gas for the pontoon and the grills and the wood for the fire pit. Again we have 14 live jackets at each home and so much more.
