Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- To reserve, requires 50% of the rental fee. Balance due 30 days before rental date.
- June 1st to October 31st: From $175 to $350 per night depending on number of people.
Nov 1st to May 31st: From $275 to $450 per night depending on number of people.
Dec 22nd to Jan 6th: $375 to $550 per night depending on number of people.
