- I will need a $300 deposit to hold the reservation. (This reservation deposit will convert to a damage deposit upon check-in and be returned within 14 days if there is no loss or damage to the property, lost keys or lost remotes).
I can also handle credit card deposits and full payments. Just let me know and I'll send the link. - Our cancellation policy is: 30 or more days, a charge of $75; within 30 days, the full reservation deposit; within 14 days, half the rental amount; within 7 days, the full amount.
In regard to hurricanes/tropical storms, refunds will be given if the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation. But, if it just rains, sorry -- no refunds. I can't be responsible for the weather.
